Safe for your little one and easy on you — that’s the promise of our EcoAir Crib Mattress. An airy core reduces suffocation risk and sweaty backs. A dual-sided design — one side for infants, the other for toddlers — means long-lasting use. Organic cotton and recycled polyester reduce the crib’s environmental footprint, and, best of all, it’s a breeze to clean — from cover to core.

Each side of the EcoAir Crib Mattress has a different inner and outer cover. Both covers have a zipper around the entire perimeter of the mattress for easy removal and cleaning. The outer panel for each side is made from 100% GOTS organic certified cotton, polyester, and REPREVE recycled polyester. The infant side includes hydrated silica, a natural and safe flame retardant. The outer cover on the infant side is made with 100% GOTS organic certified cotton jersey, and the toddler side features a waterproof polyurethane film for easy cleaning. Simply wipe up any mess.

The core of our EcoAir Luxe Crib Mattress is so breathable because it’s mostly air. It's made with 2.25" Polyethylene Terephthalate, 47 medium PETE, with a breathable, open-cell structure that can be washed and rinsed with water. No glues or adhesives. One can feel air flow through the coir. This reduces the risk of suffocation. It also makes for a temperature-regulating mattress that keeps your little one from getting too stuffy. The core, too, is washable. Simply unzip both covers and wipe down with cool water and a mild detergent. When the mattress reaches the end of its lifecycle, the core is recyclable.
